Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of Vigilnode and Astro. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them and confirm that you can act for the business you connect.
The service
Vigilnode provides local SEO workflows, Google Business Profile management, posting, review assistance, local ranking measurement, website SEO workflows, and related reporting. Features depend on the integrations you connect and the permissions those providers make available.
Your authorization and responsibility
You authorize Vigilnode to read data and perform actions within the control mode and permissions you select. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information, content, offers, accounts, and instructions you provide, and for reviewing sensitive or regulated material before publication.
Astro and automated actions
Astro may generate recommendations and, when Trust Astro is enabled, execute bounded low-risk actions. Automated or AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your business, connected accounts, and published claims. Do not use Vigilnode for deceptive content, fake reviews, unlawful marketing, or infringement.
No ranking or revenue guarantee
Search results are controlled by third parties and change over time. Vigilnode does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of calls, leads, customers, or amount of revenue. Examples and case studies are illustrative and results vary.
Subscriptions and trial
Eligible new workspaces receive a seven-day free trial with a payment method collected at checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the plan automatically begins at the price shown during checkout and renews monthly until canceled. Taxes may apply. You can cancel through the billing portal before the trial ends or before the next renewal; paid access continues through the applicable period unless otherwise stated.
Third-party services
Google, Stripe, Pipedream, website platforms, ranking providers, and other connected services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or decisions.
Business data and health information
Vigilnode is not a medical record system and is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service. Do not submit protected health information or patient records. Review content should be handled carefully and must not reveal confidential customer or patient details.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features to improve safety, comply with provider policies, or protect the service. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risks.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Vigilnode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Vigilnode during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
