Vigilnode provides local visibility software powered by an AI agent named Astro. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect account and workspace information you provide, business profile and website information you authorize us to access, generated content, workflow history, local ranking and performance data, support messages, and basic security and diagnostic logs. Our first-party funnel measurement uses a random browser identifier and campaign tags; it does not store your IP address, email, or browser fingerprint in the marketing-events table.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Vigilnode, connect authorized services, operate Astro, publish approved or safely automated work, measure results, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Connected services and providers
When enabled, data may be processed by providers needed to deliver the service, including Google, Stripe, Pipedream, hosting and email providers, ranking-data providers, and AI model providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Stripe processes payment details; Vigilnode does not store complete card numbers.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers acting for us, when you direct us to connect or publish to a third party, to protect the service, or when legally required.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use access controls, encrypted transport, scoped credentials, audit records, and other safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may disconnect integrations, adjust Astro’s control mode, cancel your subscription, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Children and sensitive data
Vigilnode is a business service and is not intended for children. Do not submit patient health information, medical records, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal data to Astro or Vigilnode.
