Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seven-day free trial
Eligible new workspaces receive seven days of access before the first subscription charge. A payment method is required. Cancel through the billing portal before the trial ends to pay $0; otherwise the subscription automatically begins at the price shown during checkout.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your Vigilnode subscription through the billing portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once a paid billing period begins because access and automated work become available immediately. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges, and we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Service outcomes
Search rankings, calls, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside Vigilnode’s control. A change in results does not by itself qualify a payment for a refund.
Billing problems
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact admin@vigilnode.net with the workspace email and charge date. Please do not send complete card information.
Provider disconnections
If Google or another connected provider disconnects, Vigilnode may pause affected workflows and ask you to reconnect. Other unaffected parts of the subscription remain available.
