Refund & Cancellation Policy

60-day money-back guarantee
New $297/month Business subscriptions started on or after October 8, 2026 come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. The 60-day window starts with your first successful subscription payment. If Vigilnode isn't right for you, request a refund within that window and we will refund in full the Business subscription payments you made during your first 60 days, including any tax charged on those payments.
To use the guarantee, email admin@vigilnode.net within 60 days of your first payment, using your workspace email or including it in your request. We will cancel your Business subscription as part of the refund so there are no further renewal charges. You do not need to demonstrate a ranking change or meet a usage requirement. Refunds go back to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on your payment provider.
Subscription terms
The Business plan is $297/month, billed at signup and renewed monthly until canceled, with no free trial. Any applicable taxes or approved discounts are shown in checkout. Existing subscriptions and previously started trials retain their agreed payment and refund terms. Agency plans, additional businesses, and custom plans retain their separate checkout terms and are not included in this standard Business guarantee.
Invitation-code exception: eligible new Business customers who redeem a valid trial code before checkout receive a seven-day free trial. A card is required, but no subscription payment is due during the trial. After seven days, the subscription renews at $297/month unless canceled before the trial ends. The 60-day money-back guarantee still starts with the first successful subscription payment, not the free trial's start date.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your Vigilnode subscription through the billing portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Outside the 60-day money-back guarantee or another agreed offer, monthly subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once a paid billing period begins because access and automated work become available immediately. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges, and we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Service outcomes
Search rankings, calls, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside Vigilnode’s control. The money-back guarantee is a refund promise, not a guarantee of a particular search ranking or revenue result. It does not require proof that your results changed.
Billing problems
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact admin@vigilnode.net with the workspace email and charge date. Please do not send complete card information.
Provider disconnections
If Google or another connected provider disconnects, Vigilnode may pause affected workflows and ask you to reconnect. Other unaffected parts of the subscription remain available.
